3,000,000 Views For Home Sellers!

Wow! we are almost halfway through 2019 and we wanted to share our latest stat. 

Our sellers have had their home exposed online collectively over 3,000,000 times from January 1, 2019 to May 31, 2019.

We've had 59 ad sets running this year with an average of more than 55,000 views per client!

(Obviously this number varies based on the attractivness of the house)

Couple that with typical Click Through Rates of 3-6 times the industry average and that's a pretty powerful statistic.

Our best performing properties get as high as 15x the industry average!!!

(We are using Wordstream's study as a benchmark for Click Through Rate) 

So what do we credit this success to? 

Our massive local online presence is mainly due to how we advertise on Facebook and Instagram. 

Unlike many realtors, we don't just "Advertise" your home by posting it on a personal or business account.

We put our money where our mouth is and back client listings with advertising dollars.

But just putting money behind it  isn't good enough for us.

We also follow as many of Facebook and Instagram's best practices as we can, decreasing the cost and thereby getting you more exposure. 

For instance, we may use specialty photo formats like 360° Photos which move as you scroll past them. (See below for example) 

Any agent can get you on the basic home sites by listing your property on the MLS, and this will feed to sites like Homes.com, Realtor.com, Zillow and Trulia but that's the absolute minimum!

The problem is agents don't know how to do Facebook and Instagram, which despite their recent declines are still THE biggest network on earth. 

It's not their fault. They are each running their own miniature business.

They are forced to learn a little about a lot.

Think about it. They're spearheading the orchestra of reports, reading and negotiating contracts, scheduling appointments to show the property, holding open houses, and countless other tasks while keeping you (the seller) up to date.
